In my youth, I barely made a fuss about my chip brand. Of course I had favorites, but I rarely made a stink if plain potato chips were even laying around. So YES, chips are my weakness!

As I've studied brands and nutrition more and more, I've stopped shoveling handfuls of Cheetos, Lay's Sour Cream & Onion, TGIF's Bacon Cheddar (yeah, I did that) and Doritos into my mouth and I've started looking at better alternatives to quench my need for "the crunch".
